Hauf Dinkelator is a velvety Dopplebock with a richly malty palate and lingering finish.
Hofbräu Oberle Fastenschluck is the brewery's Bock for Lent and a richly malty one it is but with plenty of citrusy hops to counterbalance its hearty 7%. Great stuff!
Meinel-Bräu Heller Doppelbock is richly malty rare Heller Doppelbock with some biscuit and caramel in the 8% package.
Reindler-Bräu Seckenator is the brewery's winter seasonal Doppelbock. It's richly malty but still has their signature hoppy style. Dangerous at 7.7%.
Fürst Carl Josefi Bock is the rare rich but dry dark Bock. The nose and palate are full of dried fruit the lingering finish has enough hops to dry it out with just a tinge of bitterness.
Perhaps Bamberg's only true Dopplebock, Bambergator is tough competition to Munich's offerings. Much more amply hopped, Bambergator has a firm dry, bitter finish.
