Impression: Schlappeseppel Export is deep golden example of the style with a rocky white head. The nose is richly malty as is the balanced palate. Hops are understated but dry it out just enough. The lingering finish is semi-dry and bittersweet. It would be better with a more careful pour and I certainly saw some beers going out that looked much better.
