Grasser Weizenbock is high octane wheat treat with hints of apricot and yeast in both the nose and palate. At 8%, it's dangerously drinkable.
Binkert's Original is a fine hoppy Vollbier with some grain in the mix. The finish is dry and bitter.
Binkert's Keller is a fine hoppy Kellerbier with some grain and yeast in the mix. The finish is dry and bitter.
Schübel Dunkel is hoppy for the style with some grain and chocolate for good measure. The finish is dry and bitter.
Schübel Drachenseidla is an excellent Kellerbier with a fine mix of grain and hops in the nose and a hoppy but not overly bitter palate. The finish is dry and bitter.
Stern-Bräu Festbier in 2021 in a bottle turned out to be quite different, a rich dark smoky treat.
Trunk Nothelfer Fastenbock is a dark dangerous brew at 8%, full of rich malt, milk chocolate and burnt caramel.
Knoblach's Urlager is their hoppy take on a Vienna Lager which is dangerously drinkable at 5.4%.
