Hummel Zwickel is nice example of the style with floral hops in both the nose and palate. The lingering finish is just dry enough to make it moreish.
Bayer Fastenbock is a gorgeous semi-dry fruity Bock with a lighter body than is typical, accounting for it's moreish drinkability.
Bayer Dunkler Doppelbock is a nearly black richly malty brew with some dark chocolate and a lingering semi-dry bittersweet finish. One of the very best!
Hopfengarten Hopfen Zupfer is a balanced brew with a malty if thin palate and semi-dry finish.
BroBier Keller Pils/Zwickel is a lightly hoppy unfiltered beer with a fair grain element and lingering semi-dry finish.
BroBier Vollbier is a balanced brew with a fresh malty palate and semi-dry finish.
BroBier Helles is quite hoppy and dry for the style but will appeal to Craft Beer enthusiasts seeking out something outside the traditional in Bamberg.
Wagner Bräu Bock is a rich malty beer of 7.5%. This bottle had a fair amount of diacetyl but I'll not write the beer off until I try it again one day.
Brauerei Hoh's Bock is a balanced dry fruity beer of 6.8% with a lingering semi-dry moreish finish.
Eller Birkacher Bock is balanced, fruity seasonal beer with a lingering semi-dry, bittersweet finish.
