Schlossbrauerei Reckendorf Helle Freude is a bright golden Munich style Helles. The impressive head doesn’t last as long as you’d like but it’s got an alluring nose and of grain and mown grass. It’s malt forward with a nice grainy quality. Underlying hops dry it out enough in the lingering semi-dry semi-bitter finish.
Schlossbrauerei Reckendorf Hausbrauerbier is a deep golden to light amber brew with a balanced malty, fruity palate. The lingering semi-dry finish is semi-bitter. This beer is a recreation of beers brewed in communal breweries when people were given the right to make their own beer.
Reckendorfer is a dependable, dry hoppy Pils with a clean semi-bitter finish.
