Enzensteiner Landbier Hell is a deep golden example of the style with a white head. The malty nose has some grainy notes as does the balanced palate. The lingering finish is semi-dry and semi-bitter. It’s fruity as it warms and though not quite as clean as you might like in the style, the finish has a nice light bitterness.
Pfarrbräu Stout is an unfiltered black example of the style. The balanced palate is malty with light roast notes and fair but understated hops. The lingering finish is semi-dry and semi-bitter. It’s quite soft due to the low carbonation. A true Stout on tap regularly available has to be supported.

Raab Zeilberg Dunkel is dry example of the style with some chocolate in the nose and palate and a clean, semi-dry, semi-bitter finish.
Brauerei Friedel Hausbier is exclusively brewed by Friedel for Der Zentbechhöfner Bierkeller. It is a hop forward balanced brew with a nice underlying graininess which complements the spicy hops well. The finish is moreishly semi-dry and semi-bitter.
Herzog von Franken Schwarze is prototypical Schwarzbier with a dry roasty richly malty palate and lingering bittersweet finish.
Drei Kronen Böckla is a malt forward example of the style with some dried fruit in both the nose and palate before a lingering, semi-dry finish.
Friedel Friedelsator is a marvelous Bock with some floral hop notes in the nose and a semi-dry, semi-bitter finish.
Friedel Kirchweih Festbier is a richly malty Kerwabier with a fruity palate tinged with spicy hops. The lingering finish is semi-dry and bitter for the style. Lovely.
