Brauerei Friedel Hausbier is exclusively brewed by Friedel for Der Zentbechhöfner Bierkeller. It is a hop forward balanced brew with a nice underlying graininess which complements the spicy hops well. The finish is moreishly semi-dry and semi-bitter.
Friedel Friedelsator is a marvelous Bock with some floral hop notes in the nose and a semi-dry, semi-bitter finish.
Friedel Kirchweih Festbier is a richly malty Kerwabier with a fruity palate tinged with spicy hops. The lingering finish is semi-dry and bitter for the style. Lovely.
Friedel Kellerbier is a dry fruity Kellerbier with a lingering, semi-dry, semi-bitter finish.
Friedel Vollbier is a hoppy session beer with a clean, dry, semi-bitter finish.
Hübner Helles Bockbier is a balanced malty Hellerbock with some grain in the nose and palate. The lingering semi-dry finish is moreish.
Rittmayer 1422 Festbier is a commemorative deep golden Festbier with a richly malty palate and lingering finish.
Rittmayer Hallerndorfer Hefeweizen is a serviceable if somewhat bland example of the style.
Rittmayer Maibock is one of the drier Hellerbocks I've come across. The combination of rich malt and obvious hops is something I wish more breweries would attempt. This is my favorite of the Rittmayer line-up.
Rittmayer Landbier hell is a malty brew with enough hops to keep the finish semi-dry and semi-bitter.
