This Helles is brewed by Rittmayer Hallerndorf and the least interesting of the three Hausbiers. If all you drink is light beer, this balanced brew will do the trick. It’s got a zesty element and a lingering semi-dry, semi-bitter finish.

Hütt’n Hausbräu Rot
This Rotbier is brewed by Rittmayer Hallerndorf and while not a world beater, it’s well made with a nice spicy element. It’s certainly better than a few of the Rotbiers in town and has a lingering semi-dry, semi-bitter finish.
Hütt’n Hausbräu Dunkel
Hütt'n Hausbräu Dunkel is brewed for them by Rittmayer in Hallerndorf. It's a malty dark brew with a touch of chocolate and a lingering, semi-dry, semi-bitter finish.

Rittmayer Hallerndorfer Hefeweizen
Rittmayer Hallerndorfer Hefeweizen is a serviceable if somewhat bland example of the style.
Rittmayer Maibock
Rittmayer Maibock is one of the drier Hellerbocks I've come across. The combination of rich malt and obvious hops is something I wish more breweries would attempt. This is my favorite of the Rittmayer line-up.
Rittmayer Landbier hell (Gartenkeller)
Rittmayer Landbier hell is a malty brew with enough hops to keep the finish semi-dry and semi-bitter.
Rittmayer Landbier hell
Rittmayer Landbier hell is generally a serviceable beer but on this occasion, it was a buttery mess.
Fischer (Greuth) Rauchbier
Fischer Rauchbier is now brewed by Rittmayer in Hallerndorf and on my recent sampling it was much better than their Kellerbier with a light smokiness adding a touch of bitterness to the malty brew.
Fischer (Greuth) Kellerbier
Fischer Kellerbier is now brewed by Rittmayer in Hallerndorf and on my recent sampling it was not up to their old standards.
