Impression: Enzensteiner Landbier Hell is a deep golden example of the style with a white head. The malty nose has some grainy notes as does the balanced palate. The lingering finish is semi-dry and semi-bitter. It’s fruity as it warms and though not quite as clean as you might like in the style, the finish has a nice light bitterness. I’m not entirely sure where this beer was brewed as the brewery appears closed. It’s likely contract brewed in the region, using the old name. Please feel free to correct me but I couldn’t find a lot of information.
