Griess Bockbier is one of Franconia's best with a balanced palate featuring floral hops and fruity malt. The lingering semi-dry, semi-bitter finish is moreish. This version from gravity dispense at Der Pelikan Best of Bock was even drier.

Bayer Fastenbock is a gorgeous semi-dry fruity Bock with a lighter body than is typical, accounting for it's moreish drinkability.

Forstquell-Bock

Forst-Quell Bock is another great beer from the brewery, coming out on Ash Wednesday at their annual Bockanstich. It's full of dried fruit and the lingering finish is quite dry for its strength and dangerously moreish.

Bayer Dunkler Doppelbock is a nearly black richly malty brew with some dark chocolate and a lingering semi-dry bittersweet finish. One of the very best!
