Stern-Bräu Vollbier is a hoppy session beer with a nice fruity quality that dries out in the long bitter finish. As served at the Scheublel Keller in Schlüsselfeld, it's softer which allows the complex flavors to mingle perfectly. A must Kellerbier/Bierkeller experience.
Brauerei Hoh's Bock is a balanced dry fruity beer of 6.8% with a lingering semi-dry moreish finish.
Kanone Dampfsud is a balanced, malty Dunkel with some chocolate before the lingering, semi-dry finish.
Kanone Dunkel is a nice chocolatey Dunkles with a fairly clean finish.
Meister Zwickel is perhaps an unfiltered version of their popular Vollbier with a fruity/grainy palate and semi-dry finish.
Kreisla 36 is a collaboration beer of Stern-Bräu, Brauerei Kaiser and Brauerei Hermann. It's a smoky Dunkel treat well worth seeking out.
Stern-Bräu Festbier on tap in 2021 was again very dark and not as smoky but remained a sublimely dry session beer supreme.
Brauerei Hoh's Lagerbier is a dry low carbonation session beer with just enough bitterness to make it moreish.
Meister Hell is a new Helles from the Franconian brewing legend. It's a great addition to their line-up with a balanced palate and semi-dry, semi-bitter finish.
