Kanone Weizen is one gorgeous looking Weizen with a textbook honeycomb hue and formidable yeasty ivory head. Fruit and yeast in the nose and foretells well the balanced palate. The lingering finish is dry enough to want another. This is a one refreshing Weizen.
Kanone Pils is a textbook dry hoppy example of the style but has plenty of Franconia in it too.
Kanone 12.5er is an unusual Festbier brewed for their 125th anniversary as it’s only 5% but manages not only to be richly malty but fairly full-bodied. It’s malt forward with a lovely spicy element in both the nose and palate.
Kanone Hell is a deep golden balanced brew with grassy hops and light grain in the nose and palate. The lingering finish is semi-dry and just bitter enough to make it moreish.

Penning Hetzelsdorfer Frühlingsbier is a richly malty treat with some toasted caramel mixed with ample hos before a lingering semi-dry, semi-bitter finish.
Felsenbräu Weizenbock is a richly malty brew with apricot in the nose and a richly malty palate full of fruit, yeast and obvious alcohol at 7.2%,
Bürgerbräu Hersbruck Edel Pils is a balanced hoppy golden brew with strong Hersbrucker hops and a lingering, semi-dry finish, semi-bitter finish.
