Scharpf Gartenseidla is a fine Kellerbier with a nice grainy element and dry palate and finish.
Schübel Dunkel is hoppy for the style with some grain and chocolate for good measure. The finish is dry and bitter.
ECK Wilderer Dunkel is dry malty treat with a hint of chocolate before the long dry bittersweet finish.

Dorn-Bräu Export Dunkel is a lovely Dunkles with chocolate in both the nose and palate. It dries out nicely with Spalter hops, making for a moreish finish.
Kaiser Ur-Trunk is a dry quaffer with a hint of milk chocolate and just might be the best Dunkles in the Bamberg area.
Becher-Bräu/Mann's Bräu Dunkel is a chestnut beauty with hops up front and chocolate malt in the balance. The finish is semi-dry and bittersweet.
Ebensfelder Adam Riese Urtrunk is a gorgeous dark brew with a great balanced palate and some hops in the nose.
Dinkel Roggenbock is an occasional seasonal Bock made with rye.
