Frauendorfer Vollbier is a great session beer with a dry hoppy palate and bitter finish. On tap at the Bierbrauerfest in Bad Staffelstein, it seemed less bitter and a touch more balanced.

Köslauer Rennweg Brauer Vollbier
Köslauer Rennweg Brauer Vollbier was brewed as a hopeful Bock and sold as a Vollbier due to lower than expected alcohol. This is nonetheless a very nice rich Festbier with a rich malty palate tinged with ample underlying hops. The lingering finish is moreishly dry for the style.
