Head: off-white, creamy, rocky, chiffon-like
Nose: hoppy
Body: medium
Palate: balanced, hoppy, dry
Finish: lingering, dry, semi-bitter

Served: on tap at the Genussfestival 2024 in Ebern

Impression: It’s great to get to this super little festival with a fine assortment of beers. This unfiltered amber beer was brewed by the Hassberg Beer Princesses for the festival. It’s a lovely dry hoppy beer in the Craft Beer vein but retains a distinct Franconian flavor. It was brewed with four different malts  and two hops (Hercules and Amarillo).
