Keesmann Josephi Bock is brewery's amped up version of their autumn Bock with a darker hue and a richer maltier palate. There must be a ton of hops as it's not particularly sweet at 8.2%.

Ulrich Martin is a traditional brewery lovingly restored by the man himself. The Josephi Bock is fantastic bock full of rich malt and fine hops. The lingering finish is moreishly semi-dry, making for a dangerous 7% brew.
Herold Weihnachtsbock on tap
Herold Weihnachtsbock is gorgeous big dark Bock, with some fried fruit before the long dry, bittersweet finish.

Bayer Maibock is a great dry, Hellerbock with some apricot in the nose and palate and a long dry, slightly bitter finish.

Weiherer is a great brewery with both traditional and craft beer offerings. Their Rauchbier is lightly smoky and clean, a perfect introductory smoke beer.
