Weiherer is a great brewery with both traditional and craft beer offerings. Zapfenduster is a majestically dark Imperial Stout of 8.5% with a tan rocky head, roast and smoke in the nose, chocolate and coffee in the palate and a lingering, semi-dry, semi-bitter finish.

Weiherer Rauchbock

A collaboration between Kundmüller and Brazilian Craft brewery Cervejaria Bamberg, this complex smoke Bock has a complex array of flavors and an intermingling of smoke and honey. The lingering bittersweet finish is moreish.
