Sonnen-Bräu Imperial Stout is a rich malty high gravity stout with some dried fruit and licorice before the lingering semi-dry finish. It lacks a bit of mouthfeel for the alcohol level and it's not quite as complex as you'd expect but it's quite dangerous for 10%.
Ulrich Martin is a traditional brewery lovingly restored by the man himself. The Rauch Märzen is a lightly smoky beer tinged with some bacon and a very dry finish, making it moreish.
Elch-Bräu 1.21 Gigwatt is potent 8€ Dunkler Doppelbock with some coffee and dark chocolate notes. It's a bit thin for the style and more reminiscent of a Baltic Porter.

Beck Bräu Pils is a clean balanced beer with some grain and a semi-dry finish
Beck Bräu Kellerbier is a serviceable Kellerbier with a malty if thin palate and fairly clean finish.
Kaiserdom Bürgerbräu Dunkel is a very dark brew with a roasty palate and lingering finish.
Elch-Bräu Nix Amore Helles may not be a great Helles but it's a very nice ale-like amber brew with floral hops in the nose and palate.
