Nose: rich malt, spicy hops (Spalter Select)
Body: medium
Palate: balanced, malty, spicy hops
Finish: lingering, semi-dry, semi-bitter

Served: on tap & from Holzfass at the brewery’s 150th Anniversary celebration

Impression: This was a lovely low key Fest celebrating Kundmüller’s 150th anniversary. This special edition Festbier made with Spalter Select hops is a super drinkable balanced example of the style with a malty base and ample hopping. The lingering semi-dry finish is moreishly moderately bitter. Holzfass version is softer and slightly drier.
