Spessart Räuberchen Hell bottle

Spessart Hell is a great looking malt forward example of the style with a nice light grain element and clean semi-dry finish.

Spessart Hefe Weizen Hell on tap

Spessart Weizen is a great looking example of the style with a fruity yeasty nose and palate. The lingering finish is enticing.

Spessart Räuberchen Dunkel on tap

Spessart Specht Räuberchen Dunkel is a cross between a Schwarzbier and Czech Tmavy, with some light roast in the dryish palate and a lingering bittersweet finish.

Spessart Gold Specht on tap

Spessart Gold Specht is a malt forward Festbier with an integrated butter component, giving it a slight Czech feel. The bittersweet finish could be cleaner but it's a good example of the style.

Spessart Räuberchen Pils on tap

Spessart Pils is a good looking example of the style with a creamy head and nose of grain and hops. Quite balanced with a fair semi-dry hoppy palate with fair malt backbone. The lingering finish is moreishly dry and just bitter enough.
