Räuberchen Pils

Brewery: Spessart
Town: Kreuzwertheim

Style: Pils 4.9
%
Color: golden

Head:
white, creamy
Nose: nice mix of grain and hops

Body: medium

Palate: balanced, hoppy, malty, some integrated butter
Finish: lingering, semi-dry, semi-bitter

Served: on tap at the Tauber Kette Hotel/Zorbas Restaurant in Wertheim

Impression: Good looking Pils with a creamy head and nose of grain and hops. Quite balanced with a fair semi-dry hoppy palate and fair malt backbone. The lingering finish is moreishly dry and just bitter enough. Would be interesting to drink head to head with the recently sampled Martinsbräu Pils and I now have the bottles to do so.

Next beer or back to the beer list.
