Unfinden lies in the Hassberg county of Lower Franconia. The cute village is home to Brauhaus Unfinden, a communal brewery restored and reopened in 2008. Though they do not sell to the public, they hold a Braufest in June and Bockbieranstich in late November, where you can sample their beers and donate money to their admirable cause.

Roßfelder Brauhaus Kellerbier has the unmistakable taste of Franconia, like a walk in the countryside in a Krug. It is brewed by the small communal brewery in the village of Roßfeld in Upper Franconia and I sampled it at their very first Braufest in 2023.
