Nikl-Bräu Weiße Eule is a very refreshing Weizen with a semi-dry fruity palate and lingering finish. It's dangerously quaffable at 5.5%
Nikl-Bräu Michala is an unfiltered dark Kellerbier with a hint of chocolate in the semi-dry palate. It's deceptive at 5.2%.
Nikl-Bräu Zwickl is a balanced brew with some grain and underlying hops before a slightly bitter finish. It's a perfect beer for the Keller and at 4.7% can be drunk all day.
Hartleb Vollbier is balanced unfiltered amber beer with malty palate with enough underlying hops to make it süffig. The lingering finish is just semi-bitter.
Först Keller-Pils is a dry fruity unfiltered Pils with a semi-bitter clean finish.
Stern-Bräu Festbier in 2021 in a bottle turned out to be quite different, a rich dark smoky treat.
