Impression: This was a brewery that took me ages to get to and I was particularly looking forward to having their only beer from gravity dispense at the Genussfestival 2024 in Ebern but drank it well into the session.  It’s a deceptively easy drinking beer which seems simple and malty up front but reveals a moreish dryness as you drink it. Some beers just get better as you drink them and that’s what makes this one truly süffig. If anything even more so from the barrel.

Next beer or back to the beer list.
