Göller Hausbrauerbier has an enticing pale yellow hue, massive rocky head and lightly grainy nose. It’s quite balanced in a malty way considering the relatively low abv of 4.3%. There’s a nice spicy hop element intermingling with the light grain. The lingering finish is semi-dry and semi-bitter.
Göller Weizenbock ticks the boxes for the style with a fruity palate featuring strong banana in both the nose and plate but I find the finish sticky and it's not particularly complex.
Göller Premium Pils is a balanced brew with a hoppy palate and lingering semi-dry, semi-bitter finish.
Göller Baptist Helles is a balanced brew with a malty palate and lingering semi-dry, semi-bitter finish.
Göller Helles Bockbier is a gorgeous balanced Hellerbock with a crafty hop profile which dries it out supremely in the lingering finish.
Göller Kaiser Urweisse is a good example of the style with a fruity palate and lingering finish.
Göller IPA is a rare miss from this consistent brewery. It looks great but lacks the requisite hops you expect in an IPA.
Göller Sternhauer Weisse is a good example of the style with a fruity palate.
Göller Lager is a good example of the Altfräkisch style with a balanced malty palate and lingering semi-dry finish.
Göller Zwickel Pils is an excellent example of the style with a dry, fruity palate featuring citrus hops. The lingering finish is semi-dry and moreish.
