Impression: Their regular Weizens are a bit of a mixed bag but saw this on tap while showing a friend from home the area and since he likes Weizens, I got one. Though it stylistically ticked all the boxes for the style, I found it a bit simple and a little sticky in the finish. I’d pick up a bottle to resample but doubtful I’d get it on tap again. When checking, I found I actually did have this in a bottle quite a few years ago and though it sounded a bit better, and a bit weaker at 7.1%, I didn’t particularly like it then either.

Next beer or back to the beer list.
