Schübel Kellerbock

Schübel Kellerbock is an interesting unfiltered Bock with some Weizenbock elements but firm hopping showing as it warms.

Ebensfelder Heller Bock

Ebensfelder Heller Bock is a richly malty but well-balanced brew with ample hopping, making for a dry easy drinking Bock.

Ebensfelder Dunkler Bock

Ebensfelder Dunkler Bock is a rich contemplate brew full of cocoa and roast and is deceptively strong at 7.2%. It's one of my favorites of 2020.

Hennemann Bockbier Dunkel

Hennemann Bockbier Dunkel is a rich unfiltered chestnut beauty with a gorgeous rocky tan head and rich malty palate tinged with burnt toffee. There are ample hops to make for a semi-dry bittersweet finish.

Hübner Lagerbier

Hübner in Wattendorf brews a classic Franconian lager: a soft low carbonation amber brew with a dry fruity palate and clean bitter finish.

Schroll Bock

Schroll Bock is a dark rich beauty with a hint of licorice and a fine dryish bittersweet finish.

Hübner Fastenbock

One of the most pleasantly surprising bock finds I've stumbled across, Hübner's bock is a dry fruity wonder.

Knoblach Bockbier

One of the great Franconian bocks is close to Bamberg and worth the walk!
