Impression: Raab Zeilberg Dunkel is an unfiltered chestnut example of the style. A very full pour but rushed and no time to form the head. It’s certainly not the visual beauty I poured the one other time I had this from a bottle. Not getting the coffee element but a little chocolate peeks through as it warms. Second pour is much better proving how much more flavor comes through without extra fizz. The lingering finish is semi-dry and semi-bitter. It’s not as good as remembered, but you have to love a Biergarten that serves a Dunkel as it’s only beer on tap
