Impression: The first beer I had from them unexpectedly in Dinkelsbühl remains my favorite but only by a nose compared to the Kellerbier Dunkel. It’s got a nice grainy element which blends in well with the dry malty palate. It’s a close race between this and the Kellerbier Dunkel but for sure, they are both way better than the rest of the line-up. All that said, it’s quite grainy as it warms.
