Gänstaller Maibock

Gänstaller Maibock is a gorgeous unfiltered golden example of the style. With a creamy lasting head and fruity/hoppy nose, it’s a balanced richly malty Bock. The fruity palate is tinged with hops which aren’t overpowered but dry out the lingering finish is semi-bitter fashion.

Gänstaller Bock from gravity dispense

Gänstaller Bockbier has a balanced palate featuring floral hops and fruity malt. The lingering finish is semi-dry and bitter. This version from gravity dispense at Der Pelikan Best of Bock was quite soft.

Gänstaller Helles Lagerbier is Craft Beer take on a Helles. It's gorgeously hoppy with grassy notes intermingling with citrus hops before the lingering dry bitter finish.
