Impression: Eller Vollbier on tap is a golden example of the style with a grainy/malty nose. The balanced malty palate is grainy with underlying hops. The lingering finish is semi-dry and semi-bitter. I’d had this beer from a bottle previously. When eating lunch at the brewery a few years ago, I only had time for a couple of beers so picked up a few bottles I didn’t have time to try there. It was nice to finally find Eller Vollbier on tap.
