Kloster Kreuzberg Weihnactsbock is a lovely richly malty Dunkler Doppelbock with some caramel in the nose and a balanced palate featuring underlying floral hops. The lingering finish is semi-dry and bittersweet. It's dangerously drinkable at 7.3% and was particularly so from gravity dispense at their Bockbieranstich 2024.

It had been nearly 20 years since our first visit to Kloster Kreuzberg. Expectations are funny things when it comes to experiencing beery pilgrimage sites and this exercise proved no different.
Kloster Kreuzberg Klosterbier Dunkel
Kloster Kreuzberg Klosterbier Dunkel is a lovely soft malty brew with fair floral hopping and a note of chocolate in the lingering semi-dry finish.
