Kloster Kreuzberg Weihnactsbock is a lovely richly malty Dunkler Doppelbock with some caramel in the nose and a balanced palate featuring underlying floral hops. The lingering finish is semi-dry and bittersweet. It's dangerously drinkable at 7.3% and was particularly so from gravity dispense at their Bockbieranstich 2024.
