Founded in 1690 and in the same family since 1815, this castle brewery produces a large range of beers and has a fair reach in their area. Their Bräustüberl, in the same courtyard, is run by another family but still has a range of their beers on tap. The brewery has a shop right on the courtyard with very friendly hours. They sell not only beer but also glassware and other assorted souvenirs. They conveniently sells single bottles, a good thing with such a selection to choose from.
