Impression: This is one underrated Klosterbrauerei with many excellent beers on tap. This classic session beer would be reason enough to stop in at this atmospheric monastic brewery. Like many of its ilk, it doesn’t overwhelm, preferring to lure you in with a wonderfully simple mix of malt and hops that nearly has you wishing it was, in fact, the only beer on tap.
