Karg is one of the top brewers of Weißbier in Bavaria, the home to the style. What more can I say?

Griesbräu Helles is a nice cross between traditional Bavarian and craft beer with a dry fruity palate and long bitter finish.

Griesbräu has not one but two Maibocks. This the craft beer version was on the money, rich and malty with some nice hops in the mix.
