Impression: Gundel Nimm’s Leicht is an unfiltered golden light alcohol beer from the Barthelsmesaurach brewery. It’s unfiltered bright golden hue coupled with the ample chiffon-like rocky head is visually enticing. Spalter hops in the nose set the stage for a hop forward but well-balanced brew. The lingering finish is semi-dry with a pleasant bitterness. Pretty solid for a low alcohol beer.
