Impression: Knoblach Ungespundetes Lagerbier gravity is a hop forward but balanced low carbonation session beer. There’s noble hops in the nose and palate. It’s a great example of a hoppy beer having plenty of malt backbone. The lingering finish is quite dry and bitter but not overly so. It was great to finally get to drink this gravity dispense. It seemed much more balanced.
