Color: unfiltered amber
Head: off-white, rocky
Nose: faint hops
Palate: balanced, dry, fruity, underlying hops
Finish: lingering, semi-dry, semi-bitter
Served: from a bottle bought locally
Impression: I’d not heard of this brewery before but a serviceable beer in the Zoigl vein with a dry, fruity palate and lingering semi-dry, semi-bitter finish. An easy quaffer at a deceptive 5.3%.
