Impression: Relatively new brewery which brews both traditional and new craft beer styles. They seem to have a fair following from the looks of their crowd at the Nürnberg beer festival. I tried one there and found it a bit bland but there are so many great beers at that particular event. I saw this Bock at the shop and decided to give them another shot. It poured beautifully, with a nice amber hue and huge lasting head. It had a nice malty flavor and some underlying hops but overall, I found it a bit lacking and wouldn’t call it particularly full-flavored. That said, it was well made and certainly very drinkable for 7%.
