Rhönbrauerei Dittmar lies in the Rhön valley in a small slice of Franconian Thuringia. The brew fantastically dry traditional beers and their Rhöner Hell is no exception. It's got to be the driest Helles I've ever had. Dry without being overly bitter Well worth seeking out.
