Impression: Schrüfer Vollbier Hell gravity dispense is a low carbonation quaffer. The spicy hoppy nose is enticing. The hop forward palate is nonetheless balanced. The lingering finish is dry and semi-bitter. This gravity version is super soft and allows the the grainy malts to shine even in the face of the ample spicy hopping.
