Impression: This was another Zoiglstube on my list for a long time and it was the last of the Echte Zoiglstuben I got to visit. Neuhaus has some of the hoppiest Zoigl and generally amongst my favorites. This one from Schoilmichl didn’t disappoint aside from being served in a non-logo glass. It was one of the hoppiest but still managed to not be overly bitter. The grain presence wasn’t obtrusive as it can sometimes be and it would have been easy to drink it all afternoon as it appeared the locals were planning on doing.
