Impression: I was lucky to find this on tap the first time I was at the brewpub. I’d come mostly to have their renowned Vollbier but this one really blew me away. It had a very soft palate and the finish was amongst the nicest I’ve ever had in a bock. It was incredibly easy to drink for 7%. It was so good, I bought a case to go and was glad I did, as it was good in the bottle, too. To me, it’s one of the best Hellerbocks brewed.
