Impression: I’ve only recently discovered this gem of a brewery that isn’t as hard to get to as you might imagine. I popped on a bus in Forchheim and was here after a fairly scenic bus trip in no time. It was dismal out and the pub was cozy and warm. This beer came out and I’d immediately wished I’d booked a room above the pub. Next time, I will. It’s a classic of the area, dry with just the right amount of bitterness in the finish to entice another.
Next beer or back to the beer list.
