Impression: Stressenhausen Brauhaus Hausbrauerbier is an unfiltered amber low carbonation session beer. The malty nose is grainy with understated hops and a hint of yeast. There’s a fruity element to the hoppy dry palate. The lingering finish is dry and semi-bitter. Their Brauhausfest is a well worth it event if you can make your way out to Stressenhausen. It’s the only place to find this unique beer on tap. I had sampled this at the Südthüringer Bierverkostung 2026 in Heldburg a few weeks prior but it was in better condition at the local festival.
