Watzdorfer Pils

Brewery: Watzdorfer
Town:
Watzdorf in Thuringia
Style: Pils

Color:
golden
Head: white
, rocky
Nose: faint hops

Body: medium

Served: on tap at Burgschänke in Burg Greifenstein

Impression:  I wasn’t sure what to expect from this Thuringian Pils but had just enjoyed a great one in Singen so a hard bar to match. It was a nicely poured good looking beer with some hops in the nose. It was dry and hoppy as you look for in the style and the finish was clean, dry and only slightly bitter.

Care for another Thuringian beer?
