Impression:
Unterelldorf Brauhaus Hausbrauerbier is a very low unfiltered amber communal brewery session beer. It’s got a sudsy head and only a hint of hops in the nose. The hop forward palate has enough malt but is unmistakably bitter. The lingering finish is quite dry and bitter. This is a bit like a beer from Franconian Thuringia in that it’s quite low in carbonation and super dry. Some could find the bitterness overpowering but I quite liked it.
