Impression: Keesmann Zehendner Bassd Zamm is a collaboration beer by the two noted Franconian stalwarts. Two of the sons from each just finished their brewing training, so celebrated with this joint effort. This unfiltered golden brew is supremely dry but has fair malt backbone. It’s definitely hop forward but fairly balanced. The lingering finish is quite dry and bitter. Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, which produced the firm wine-like dryness.

This looks great! Any way to tell how long it will be available at the Keesmann brewery? I will be there Sept 25 and would love to try it.
Thanks!
From what I hear, it was a small batch. They are not serving it at the brewery but rumor has it, it may be available at their Bockbieranstich on October 9th, but not confirmed.
