Impression: Hohe Wart Bräu Räuber Hell is an unfiltered golden example of the style. The creamy head leaves good lacework and the light grain in the nose is enticing. The balanced palate is malty with light grain. Hops are quite subdued but it’s not overly sweet. The lingering finish is a bit sticky but not unusual for the style. Again refreshing after the hour walk up to this cute little spot. Beers are poured in. 4l as is typical of this region.
