Impression: Biermanufaktur 95100 Süffisant Kupfer is an unfiltered amber beer with a malty nose and palate. There’s a nice spicy element in the mix. The lingering finish is semi-dry and semi-bitter. Kupfer is the German word for copper. This is not particularly a style, though it does have some of the elements of a Rotbier. The very small brewery is composed of a group of Zoigl enthusiasts so this beer could also be heading in that direction. These notes are sparse due to the number of beers sampled in a short time at the Bavarian Czechia Beer Tasting event held in Rehau. I’d like to get to Selb to have a more relaxed sampling of their beers.
Back to the beer list.

Nice of you to suffer drinking so many beers in a short time period in order to review them for us. lol. I am quite jealous. Nothing like having a beer in a nice beer garden on a sunny day with a view. (I don’t know the area so I am projecting).
Haha. It was a nice square in the old town. Not a real view but it was a gorgeous sunny day. A tad hotter than I like but not bad. I’d go again even with the two hour double train in each direction. That was the suffering I did I guess.
