Impression: Schlappeseppel Kellerbier is an unfiltered golden example of the style with a rocky white head. The nose is malty with some yeast. The balanced palate is much the same. The lingering finish is semi-dry and very slightly bitter. It would be better with a more careful pour, but the wide-mouth vessel helped stem the bubbly tide.
